These Gas Cylinder Storage Cabinets, due to differing safety standards in other countries, are available for sale and use only in the United States of America. The cylinder storage capacity of each is dependent on the sizes of the cylinders stored within. On open view design is accomplished through the use of expanded steel mesh sides. Padlocks required to lock the doors are not included with the cabinets. Lag holes are present in the base so that the cabinets can be anchored to the floor. Be sure to anchor the cabinets to the floor prior to storing cylinders. The vertical style units have a chain to secure the cylinders in an upright position. Red lettering on the cabinets states "Flammable - No Smoking".

Wire Cages are available in both 3 wall and 4 wall models. The 3 wall models are for use along a wall while the 4 wall models are for use either along a wall or in the middle of your warehouse floor. Two of the 4 wall models have a ceiling which adds an extra layer of security. If your needs require an even larger security area than the dimensions of our largest Wire Cages, consider using two 3 wall models back to back for a double sized security area. This will also result in an entrance from two sides. Choose between a sliding door or a hinged door on these Wire Cages based on what is appropriate for your location. All models of Wire Cages are constructed of 2"x2" 10 gauge welded wire mesh. This open mesh design allows for a quick inventory spot check and will permit water in from overhead sprinklers in case of a fire. A gray powdercoat finish helps protect against corrosion. These cages will probably save time and money when compared to building a similar inventory security area from wood and drywall.

They are designed for forklift handling and to dump safely from any height. Because they are precisely balanced, they tip forward for complete discharge of contents and then return to an upright position. A positive locking latch prevents accidental dumping. 2” formed top lips increase rigidity and eliminate sharp edges. A safety chain secures the hopper to the handling vehicle. Empty units through 2 cubic yard size can be stacked up to 3 high for space savings (not to be stacked when loaded). Hoppers are shipped fully assembled. The Hopper with Fold Down Front Panel is easily loaded using a wheelbarrow. It can then be moved and dumped using a forklift.
The Hopper with Fold Down Front Panel is great for general cleanup jobs by a worker with a wheelbarrow. Once the front panel is lowered, the worker can load the hopper using the wheelbarrow. After the hopper is loaded, manual latch handles are used to secure the front panel in the up position. A forklift can then move the hopper to the dump area. All three sizes have a pull cable in order to dump the hopper from the seat of the forklift. The dump function is a full 90 degree dump. Volume sizes available are from 1/4 to 1-1/2 cubic yards. Open Side Dumping Hoppers can be loaded through the open sides. Because this can occur close to the ground, lifting and bending motions may be lessened reducing the chance of employee injuries. This 2000 pound capacity (evenly distributed) hopper needs to be secured to the forklift by a safety chain before dumping it using the 48" pull cable. It can also be dumped by bumping the front dump release against a dumpster. After dumping, the hopper returns to the upright and locked position. Fork pockets are 7-1/2 wide x 2-1/2 high on 18" centers. A blue powdercoat finish is standard for resistance to rust.
Low Profile Hoppers are designed specifically for moving small cargo from one area of the shop to another area.
These Low Profile Hoppers are designed to move cargo around the shop or warehouse and can be dumped using a forklift. After the hopper is dumped, it returns to the locked position when lowered to the ground. Because of their low profile design, they will often fit under machinery to catch parts or debris. Sizes available are 1/2 and 1/3 cubic yard. The 1/2 cubic yard hopper rolls on 4 casters while the 1/3 cubic yard hopper rolls on 3 casters.
