JESCO HOPPERS
The newest version of the Low Profile Portable Hopper is without a handle or casters. For use with applications under machinery, by a work station or at the end of a production line. A forklift must be used to move the unit and it cannot free dump. One must use the knees under the front edge to dump assist and to bring the unit back. This unit has a 90 degree dump angle and has a safety retaining chain.

The specialty Filter Press Hopper is used after the waste water has been eliminated and the filter cake is left.
Box is tapered front and back, square sides sitting on a forklift base. Mobility made easy with 4" x 2" polyurethane casters (non-marking) to position unit where needed. A forklift must be used to empty contents. Safety retaining chain, safety latch, trip handle and a trip rope assembly installed on unit.

Towable Rotator Box is designed for the collection and storage of bulk materials. The towing tongue (wishbone style) allows for towing at up to 4 mph. Rolls on 8" x 2-1/2" polyurethane casters. Four different sizes are available to handle all your bulk handling of your material.

The Rotator box is designed for the collection and storage of bulk material. The box can be dumped with a rotating fork attachment (not included). Fork openings are 3"x8". Overall height is 39-3 /16”. Box is manufactured from 7 gauge steel with continuously welded seams.
Available in 1 cubic yard to 2.67 cubic yards to handle all your bulk material handling requirements. This rotating box will reduce operation cost, increase productivity and provide a safe method of material handling. Custom engineered and special designs are available. With its low profile (20-13/16" to top of bucket) its ideal application is under machinery for catching shavings, steel slugs, or holding small parts. The push handle and 4" x 2" phenolic casters allow for easy maneuvering into place. This unit dumps a full 90 degrees for full and complete content removal. Use forklift to transport and empty contents.
Safety chain is used underneath the unit to secure bucket to the base. Units are welded watertight. Safety latch, trip handle, trip rope assembly and safety retaining chain are standard.

These units are designed for long materials to be placed on the flat deck for ease of stacking. Ideal use for this unit is for plasma or laser skeletons.
The extended fork pockets bring the overall length from back against the forklift mast to the front edge of deck platform to 82-1/4". There is a chain underneath the deck attached to the base to limit dump angle. With safety in mind this unit has a safety latch, trip handle, trip rope assembly and a safety retaining chain.
A forklift must be used to transport material.

This side pivot hopper is a specialty unit with shortened fork pockets and sloped front edge will allow the bucket to pivot between the casters to fully empty the contents.
The overall height of the unit with the 5" x 2" phenolic swivel casters is only 32".

A forklift must be used to transport and empty the contents of the unit. This unit will require manual return of the bucket; the bucket will then engage the handle and the operator returns the safety latch to the locked or closed position ready for the next use.
